3. SMS/Text Messaging Terms

By opting into SMS communications from Timewave AI, you agree to the following:

Opt-In: You must manually opt in to receive text messages. Pre-selected checkboxes do not constitute valid consent.
Message Frequency: Message frequency may vary depending on your interaction with our services.
Message & Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to you from you. Your wireless provider may charge you for text messages.
Opt-Out: You may cancel SMS service at any time by texting "STOP" to the number that sent you the message. After sending "STOP," we will send one final SMS to confirm your unsubscription.

Carrier Liability: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
